Introduce

The small removable asphalt mixing plant is an ideal for small road construction or road maintenance projects with a production capacity of 10 to 80 tons per hour and can be quite easily transferred from one construction site to another. The plant is consisted of cold aggregate supply system, cold aggregate elevator, asphalt supply system, dust removal equipment, asphalt mixer and so on. The small removable mixing plant uses a flat bed structure with no mixing tower.

The production of asphalt concrete requires mobility. Moreover, use of small mobile asphalt concrete mixing plants significantly reduces the cost of work. Camelway offers QLB system mobile mixing plants with a production capacity of up to 80 tons per hour, which is sufficient to meet the demand for asphalt concrete of small projects and can be operated directly on the construction site and relocated with the project. The mobile asphalt plant is equipped with a mixer and feeder system on a chassis, with the option of a fixed or mobile aggregate batcher. The mobile asphalt mixing plant is sized to satisfy road transport regulations and can be easily hauled and transferred by tractor or conventional truck.
