The Sewage Treatment of Concrete Batching Plant

Concrete batching plant investment is a high-investment and high-return industry. With the increase in the demand for concrete in the world, the number of customers investing in concrete batching plant is gradually increasing. This will be the main trend in the future. However, investment in a concrete batching plant is facing environmental impact assessment issues. Today, Camelway Construction Machinery mainly introduces issues related to the wastewater and sewage treatment of the concrete batching plant.

The Sewage Treatment of Concrete Batching Plant

Sewage Issue in Concrete Batching Plant

The use of concrete is more and more common, but concrete batching plants also have some problems, the most common are the environmental protection problems of concrete mixing plants: waste water pollution, dust pollution, noise pollution, etc. Especially sewage, sewage can cause acute and chronic poisoning. After the water is polluted by toxic and harmful chemicals, it may cause poisoning through drinking water or food chain. The well-known Mina Mata disease is caused by water pollution. In addition, sewage can cause cancer.

How to control sewage in concrete batching plant

  • The waste water, waste oil and domestic sewage generated by the construction machinery and equipment of the concrete batching plant shall not be directly discharged into rivers, lakes or other waters, nor shall they be discharged into the land near the drinking water. It can be reasonably arranged according to the site conditions of the concrete batching plant, building wastewater sedimentation tanks and car wash tanks, arrange drainage systems, set up multi-stage sedimentation tanks, and filter through sedimentation are best options to control sewage.
  • Set up a large garbage accumulation pool in the living area and office production area of the concrete batching station to store all kinds of garbage in a centralized manner. The ground should be sprayed regularly. In hot weather such as summer, water should be sprayed every day to reduce the dust and temperature, and to maximize the coverage of the dust source. After each concrete mixing operation is completed, the equipment should be cleaned in time and the site should be cleaned to make the site tidy.
