HZS120 Concrete Batching Plant
HZS120 is a compact high-performance concrete mixing plant designed for use in confined urban environments. Can be supplied in winter and summer versions. The features of HZS120 are: low height due to the combination of the batching, mixing sections and the separation of the delivery of the concrete mixture and the removal of the supply bins of the aggregates to the lower marks batching of aggregates on a metering conveyor and their supply to the plant via a special steeply inclined conveyor, a compact unit for distributing aggregates among the mixers. The use of a steeply inclined conveyor can significantly reduce the installation area. High performance of the concrete plant is ensured by independent paths for feeding and dosing all components of the concrete mixture. All technological processes from weighing components to dispensing concrete mixture are automated and brought to the control panel.
